GET INVOLVED

Every 1st Thursday of the month, we gather as a community at Our Lady of the Valley Church to adore Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament through worship music, prayers, and reflections.

The Catholic Book Club meets on alternate Wednesday mornings from 9 - 10 AM, to read and discuss books that will help us learn more about our Catholic Faith.

Together with St. Joseph’s—Salmon Arm, Sacred Heart— Lumby, St. Joseph’s—Armstrong, St. Ann’s—Enderby, Our Lady of the Valley—Coldstream, St. Benedict’s— Head of the Lake and all the surrounding Catholic Churches in the Diocese of Kamloops will be having a Mini Pilgrimage at St. James Church—Vernon. Details to follow.

Please join us for Stations of the Cross which will be held every Friday during Lent at 7:00 PM at St. James Church. The Stations of the Cross is a series of 14 images or carvings that depict the events leading up to Jesus' death and resurrection. It's also known as "The Way of the Cross". All Are Welcome!

Come and celebrate the 80th Anniversary of the Diocese of Kamloops! Join Bishop Joseph Nguyen for a Corpus Christi Mass starting at Riverside Park Bandshell with the Eucharistic procession, followed by Mass at the Sacred Heart Cathedral, Benediction, Sacred Display and BBQ Dinner. More info to come!
